Oasis Membership Terms & Conditions

Applicable To: Oasis Premium Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Oasis Premium membership, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Membership Term

Membership is valid for one year. Renewal is not automatic and is subject to approval by the Company.

3. Eligibility

The Member must be a key decision maker of their business and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of their company.

4. Membership Fees

$720/year

Fees are payable in full, in advance. If application is not approved, applicant will be fully refunded.

5. Conduct Expectations

Members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, aiming to co-create and collaborate rather than compete.

Hard selling is strictly prohibited.

Hard selling includes but is not limited to: soliciting other members or visitors for sales meetings, pitching products/services directly, or bypassing members to target visitors.

Members must act in good faith and honor the “Right of First Refusal” principle, giving fellow members first opportunity on relevant business leads.

Violation may result in removal from meetings or termination of membership without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared in Oasis sessions are owned by the Company or its licensors. Reuse, recording, or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Program is provided “as is” without warranty. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from participation or reliance on shared content.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at the Company’s discretion. Changes will be communicated via email and WhatsApp. Continued participation implies acceptance. No refunds will be issued for disagreement with updated terms.

10. Termination

Either the Member or the Company may terminate membership at any time with written notice. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
